Three of us from the workshop painted again at Stony Creek. The weather was perfect, sunny, blue skies with a cool sea breeze for moderate temperatures.
As you can see I made some changes to the composition, simplifying the scene, deleting some extraneous elements and working on the water and reflections .
After finishing the painting on site I returned to my studio and cleaned up a few spots. There are one or two minor changes I still want to make but will wait until my energy levels are higher.
Tomorrow, weather permitting we will paint at Outer Island in Stony Creek.
